We have four different event request forms to make it easy for you depending on what your event is.
Please fill out a Tier 1 Request Form if you’re putting on a large event for the whole church and the community. Tier 1 events are almost exclusively for outreach (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Friend’s Day, Football Sunday, Trunk or Treat, Community Events, etc.). They get seven weeks of marketing.
Please fill out a Tier 2 Request Form if you’re putting on an event for most, if not all of the congregation (e.g. Life Group Fairs, Baptisms, Next Steps, Ministry Fairs, Outreach Opportunities, etc.). These get four to five weeks of marketing.
Please fill out a Tier 3 Request Form if you’re putting on an event for a smaller demographic of the congregation (e.g. students, kids, men, women, parents, or a specific ministry like Worship Arts, etc.). These get three weeks of marketing. (There are a few exceptions like Roots camps, Men’s/Women’s Retreats/Conferences.)
Please fill out a Room Reservation Form if you’re just requesting a room for a meeting, Life Group, or third-party event and will not require any marketing.
If you’re starting a new ministry, fill out a New Ministry Planning Form.
